The Inn is a lovely old Cape Cod mansion and Receptions are held on the entire ground floor which includes two spacious adjoining dining rooms that open up into one large area with a dance floor. Our large side deck looks out over the Inn's beautiful gardens.
The lovely and private "Secret" Garden is also available for your wedding ceremony.

In caring for your out of town guests, comfort and hospitality are chief concerns of ours. Along with early bird coffee your guests are served a sumptuous complimentary breakfast each morning.

~Notes from the Wedding Coordinator~

Planning a Wedding Reception requires a great deal of thought and careful preparation.  A successful wedding skillfully combines personalized details with romantic traditions and careful timing.  From arranging the place cards to throwing the farewell bouquet, there are dozens of small but important details to coordinate. 

At Old Sea Pines Inn, the Wedding Coordinator and her Assistant offer the Bride, Groom and their families the benefit of their vast experience from the time the Old Sea Pines has been selected as the Wedding site until the final dance of the reception. Meetings to address your important details and issues can take place as often as you require.  Menu and linen selections, seating arrangements, selection of vendors for flowers, music, photographers and the other personal touches that make each wedding unique are subjects you can address with the Wedding Coordinating Staff.  Once planned they give their assurance that they and the service staff as well as the Chef and Innkeepers are committed to carry out these plans as close to perfection as possible. 

On the Wedding Day, a Wedding Coordinator, as hostess, will assist in the placement and setting up of the guest book, gift tables, place cards and favors. If additional services, such as putting together table arrangements or complex decorations are needed, you are welcome to discuss the extra staffing costs with your Wedding Coordinator.

A Wedding Coordinator puts finishing touches on decorations, checks seating arrangements, monitors and checks to see that the flowers, the cake and musical services are delivered, instructs and guides wedding staff, greets guests at the door, lines up the wedding party for the ceremony and for the introductions.  She reassures, listens and gives direction.  She is a "big-sister", "god-mother" and" good family friend" for the day.  Most importantly she works for you, the Bride, to make sure the wedding takes place as you have planned.   For it is your special day and everyone at the Old Sea Pines Inn will work together to make your dream come true.
