There is a $5 charge for any additional child, $10 per adult, in Family Units and Family Suites.

All rates include a full breakfast. Wireless networking complimentary.

State and Town Room Tax is not included.
To Secure your reservation a deposit is required as follows:

1 - 2 nights - full payment.
3 or more nights - half the total amount.

Cancellation Policy
A refund of your deposit will be made if cancellation occurs at least 14 days (21 days July - Labor Day) prior to the beginnning of the reservation or with shorter notice if we can rerent the room. No partial cancellation of weekend minimum stays.

Stays of 5 or more nights: 30 days notice of full or partial cancellation.
Full or Partial Cancellation Fee: $15.00 per room, $25.00 July and August.

Check-in is any time after 2:00 P.M.
Check-out is 11:00 A.M.

Children under 8 years of age are very welcome in our Family accommodations.

No pets please.
All Rooms are Non-Smoking. (Smokers will be charged a cleaning fee of $300.00)
